Raspberry jam. A Christmas gift. This jar is a blend of raspberry, blackberry and red currant, with seeds imported from Scotland. Raspberry jam of Linzer torte and thumbprint cookies, spread between layers of chocolate cake and crepes and dolloped on fresh baked scones. Today it tops peanut butter on a slice of rye bread I spread it thickly with the “good silver” butter knife.
